Our return policy applies to all products purchased through c-hicand. In order to ensure a smooth return process, please check the following in time after you receive the goods.
Whether the goods are consistent with the order information (e.g. model, color, specification, etc.).

Whether the packaging, accessories and markings are intact.

Return conditions
Time requirements: 30 days after receipt of the application for the return of goods (based on the courier receipt time).
Product Condition: The product has not been used and is in new condition (including unripped protective film, complete labels, accessories and boxes).
Special Products: Customized products (e.g. with engraved or customized patterns) and promotional products are generally not returnable, unless there is a quality issue.
What products cannot be returned?
Orders that exceed the 30-day return policy (including installment orders).
Products that have been previously replaced.
Any order that has been altered during processing.

The following cases do not support the return and exchange service:
The product has been used and affect the second sale (such as wear and tear, scratches, stains, etc.).
Damage caused by personal reasons (e.g. man-made drop, violent use, improper storage, etc.).
Applications beyond the return and exchange timeframe (return within 30 days, exchange within 7 days).
Products purchased from unofficial websites or authorized channels.

Step 1: Request a Return or Exchange

In your request, please provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the return or exchange and attach clear photos of the product (if there is a quality issue, detailed pictures are required).
Step 2: Application Review
We will review your application within 1-2 business days after receiving it and notify you of the review result by email or phone.
After the review, we will provide you with the return address or exchange instructions.
Step 3: Return the product
Send the product back to the address provided by our customer service and keep the logistic proof for future reference.
Please make sure the product and its accessories are well-packed to avoid damage during transportation.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
After receiving the returned product and confirming that it meets the conditions for return or exchange, we will start the refund or exchange process.
Refunds will be returned to your payment account within 5-7 business days. Delivery of exchanges is usually completed within 7 business days.
Returns for personal reasons: If there is no quality problem or delivery error, the transportation cost of the returned product shall be borne by the user.
Returns due to quality problems: If the product is returned due to problems with the product itself, the round-trip shipping cost will be borne by us (we must use our designated logistics service provider).
Refund method: Refund will be made to your payment account through the original payment channel. Depending on the processing time of the bank or payment platform, the actual arrival time may vary, usually 5-7 business days.
Exchanges: Exchanged items will be shipped via standard logistics and you will receive a new logistics tracking number to check the status in real time. 7.
