3. Packaging and Security

We recommend that you check that the packaging is in good condition upon receipt. If you find any damage or loss, please contact us immediately.

After shipment, we will provide you with a logistics tracking number. You can check the transportation status in real time through the official website or logistics service provider platform.
When signing the receipt, please make sure the product is intact and consistent with the order; if there is any problem, please contact us within 24 hours after signing the receipt.

5. Force majeure

If you apply for a return for personal reasons, the return transportation costs will be borne by the user.
If you apply for return due to product quality problem or wrong delivery, the transportation cost will be borne by our company.
